Final sale or discounted items, unless faulty

4. Return Approval

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solveraa is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please mention the preferred replacement item, color, or size in your request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or a refund depending on the case.
