Domestic Shipping — Egypt:
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs process.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer when required.

Solveraa is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges applied by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking details.

Customs clearance
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Solveraa is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.
